Who Needs Water to Stay Wet?/ Hydrate with Tea

We all are aware or have been told by health professionals to fitness specialist that we should be drinking more water. That we need at least eight glasses a day to stay properly hydrated and flush toxins out of our system.

But let's be honest...that can be difficult to achieve, even for the healthiest individual who exercises and watches what they eat regularly. Be it that you forget to fill up your water bottle or your busy running errands or you just can't stand to drink water because you think it's tasteless, I think we can all agree that at some point we experience challenges that hinder us from drinking the suggested daily amount of water.

Ready for some great news?! You don't have to drink just drink water to stay properly hydrated and/or detox your body. That's right! Tea counts as water! The beverage that we enjoy so much whether it be black tea, oolong tea, green tea or herbal tea, it assists us in staying hydrated and counts towards the water we should be drinking on a daily basis.

Now let's put to bed the misconception that caffeinated drinks such as tea, cause dehydration. Recent research has shown or been verified by the Tea Association of the U.S.A. Inc- Tea Fact Sheet 2018-2019, " tea contributes to total water intake promoting hydration." After all, tea contains approximately 80% or more of water. So now we know that the water content in tea helps keep you fully hydrated.

So to all you herbal tea lovers....herbal teas are wonderfully hydrating and delicious to drink. With the variety of herbal teas, they make drinking water more enjoyable. So check drinking water off of your to do list! Here at Love In A Cup, LLC we provide an herbal tea called Hibiscus Jubilee, https://love-in-a-cup-llc.myshopify.com/admin/products/635595423788.  This herbal blend contains naturally,  refreshing hibiscus to help lift your levels of refreshment and hydration. But don't limit yourself to just that one tea, we offer several different teas that you can drink hot or iced. Either way they taste delicious and offer so many health benefits all at the same time. We've made it easy for you to stay hydrated and healthy. So what are you waiting for?
