Icewine White

This blend is apart of our wine/cocktail inspired tea collection. Icewine White is smooth and silky with light Riesling and Berry notes. A mild astringent finish. This fixed sweet grape character of ice wine makes it a natural after dinner dessert blend. It also makes it a natural partner to our white tea, Pai mu tan from Fujian. This tea is often described as jammy with sweet notes. Perfect for layering with sweet icy wine. This blend makes a fantastic iced tea  With its sweet velvety tones highlighted by hints of grape.

Ingredients-  White tea, currents, cornflower petals, Ontario ice wine, and natural extracts. (Organic Compliant)

Preparation- 1 heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea for 8 oz of hot water.

Steep 3-5 minutes
