Made with tea....herbal tea recipes

There's so many things you can do with tea and one of them is cook with it. Just like wine, teas can be paired with certain foods and desserts to enhance flavors.

This is my rendition of Salmon Ochazuke (Rice With Tea)
Which also reminds me some what of a poki bowl.

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups cooked rice
1/2 tbsp olive oil 1½ Poke Sauce fl
1 cup hot sencha green tea
1/2 cup of salmon(I used shredded salmon)
1/2 chopped avocado
1/4 cup corn kernels
1 tsp lemon juice
(Season to taste)

Ingredients:

Serve cooked rice into a rice bowl.

Top with shredded salmon, avocado, and corn.

Add olive oil, poke sauce, seasoning (salt/pepper)

Pour hot sencha tea over the toppings and rice.

Apply lemon juice .

Eat immediately and enjoy!
